The best concert I’ve ever had
Hi bloggers!
Today I would write about the best concert that I've went and I'm happy to say that was the concert of my favourite band: Radiohead. It was in 2018 in the Sue Festival at Estadio Nacional, it was magical because I've waited a long time to finally been there.
Radiohead are an English rock band that was born on 1985 in the school where all the members studied; but at that time, the band had another name "On a Friday" because it was the only day that everyone could rehearse. I think that is cool that all the members of the band are currently in it, despite all the years that have passed since its establishment. The members of the band are five: Thom Yorke (vocals and guitar), Jonny Greenwood (lead guitar and keyboards), Collin Greenwood (bass), Ed O'Bryan (vocals and guitar) and Phil Selway (vocals and percussion).
The day of the concert I've remember that it was playing Flying Lotus (good band too) with an awesome scenography and all of a sudden (I don't remember that well haha) Radiohead started playing a song that I love, that is from its last album "Daydreaming", but what I've love the most was when they play "The Numbers", it feels like a long sigh during all of the song (like most of the concert, actually).
The band was at first not very talkative with the crowd, but among the concert they felt more comfortable (I guess) and give us two hours of live music that felt like a hug to the heart. Most of the people was calm, and it wasn't a big deal reach a place near to the stage, when I arrived the fences I was a little surprised that there were many people crying, but in a good way I guess, it was wonderful to see the collective emotion.
Since this experience, I would love to see them again a hundred times more if I could, at another Festival or just the next time that they would back to Chile.
